About the Role:

We're looking for a Software engineer to help our clients. This role goes beyond coding — you’ll probably have direct client interaction, lead teams, and work on exciting projects, driving innovative solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset and a passion for building robust systems while helping others grow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
• Lead technical discussions, guide team members, and review code to maintain high-quality standards.
• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers in their professional growth.
• Ensure best practices in code structure, scalability, and testing.
• Stay updated with AI tools and technologies to improve processes and results.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the projects you lead.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years proficiency in JavaScript, React, and PHP with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with headless CMS and modern frameworks like Next.js
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Strategic and solution-oriented thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to leverage them for personal and team productivity.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and across multiple time zones (preferably within a 4-hour difference from CET).
• Willingness to take part in a technical code test as part of the interview process.
